The comeback of Claussss

A game of broken contracts — 35 of them around the table, and scores from 96 all the way down to 49.

MulgeL took last place without any nerves at all, on 49 points. Top of the table after the last of the opening eights, then straight to the bottom. The plan at home didn't match the one at the table. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, MulgeL said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Third, on the podium: Cozie, up there with eyes on the top step. Cozie was ahead of Vasile right up to the last hand.

Runner-up sounds good — gold sounded better. Vasile, with 88 points. Vasile got past Cozie at the very last hand. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Vasile said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Champion of the evening: Claussss, with 96 points. The rest, see you in the replay. Claussss was even last after the six-card hand on the way down, which makes the win all the sweeter. 2 hands in a row: Claussss broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
