Mihai takes it in the closing rounds

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 36 slips at the table and scores from 99 down to 55.

Champion of the evening: Mihai, with 99 points. The rest, see you in the replay. 2 hands in a row: Mihai broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Ana led for 11 hands but finished second, 4 points behind. Ana left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Third, on the podium: Elena, up there with eyes on the top step. In the last of the closing eights: Elena said 2, scooped 5, and Emi was left counting the pieces.

Emi took last place without any nerves at all, on 55 points. 3 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Emi didn't — but insisted, with dignity. Before the last eights, only 6 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.

Well played everyone — and especially Mihai!
