Mihai comes back from behind

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 40 slips at the table and scores from 107 down to 55.

Mihai took the game with 107 points and a 21-point cushion — never really in doubt. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. 2 hands in a row: Mihai broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Luis took second with 86 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. A quiet finish: far from the place above, safe from the one below.

Ionela completed the podium with 58 points. In the last of the middle eights, Ionela bid 2 and took 5 — and Luis and Scorpio04 went down with them.

Last place, with dignity: Scorpio04, with 55 points. Somebody had to do it. After the two-card hand on the way up, Scorpio04 was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans. The second of the closing eights: 2 kisses rained down on Scorpio04 💋 — the darling of the table.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
