A tug of war, won by Luis

First place: Luis, with 86 points. Luis only went in front at the very last hand. At one stretch, 8 good hands in a row.

Second place for Daniel S, with 82 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. In the last of the opening eights: Daniel called 1, took 4, and Vyce was left out in the cold. Daniel was ahead of Luis right up to the last hand.

Third, and on the podium: Sebi, with 71 points. Sebi got past Vyce at the very last hand. In the second of the middle eights: Sebi said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Luis.

Last place: Vyce, with 70 points. Vyce was ahead of Sebi right up to the last hand. After the third of the closing eights, Vyce was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.
