Last, but with style: Mihai, with 63 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Mihai didn't — but insisted, with dignity. After the five-card hand on the way up, Mihai was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Elena rounds out the podium with 76 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. In the first of the middle eights, Elena bid 0 and took 3 — and Mihai went down with it. 3 hands in a row: Elena broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Second place for Ana, with 99 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Ana said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

edge won the game with 115 points. In front from the first of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. Going into the last hand the lead was already 23 — that one was a lap of honour.
