Mihai takes the table

Another evening at the green baize, and it had a bit of everything.

Mihai won the game with 124 points. Mihai only went in front at the very last hand. 7 good hands in a row — at one point, Mihai was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Elena finishes second, 7 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same. Elena left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Raluca rounds out the podium with 98 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. The last hand decided it: Raluca went past PaulP right on the line. Raluca spent a long time on the red lantern and came out clean — determined not to buy the round.

In 4th place, PaulP, on 92 points. PaulP was ahead of Raluca right up to the last hand. After the two-card hand on the way up, PaulP was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Adri took last place without any nerves at all, on 47 points. In the third of the opening eights, Adri bid 2 and took 5 — and Elena and PaulP went down with them. 2 hands in a row: only Adri slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Adri.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
