Mihai never gave up the lead

A game of broken contracts — 37 of them around the table, and scores from 97 all the way down to 44.

Daniela took last place without any nerves at all, on 44 points. In the first of the opening eights: Daniela said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Elena. 3 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Daniela didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

Elena completed the podium with 74 points. 2 hands in a row: only Elena slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Elena.

unf0rgettable finishes second, 10 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same. 2 hands in a row: only unf0rgettable slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but unf0rgettable.

Mihai gathered 97 points and the hearts of the crowd. Bravo! In the last of the closing eights: Mihai said 1, scooped 4, and Daniela was left counting the pieces. In front from the second of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about.

Well played everyone — and especially Mihai!
