Elena, from start to finish

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 41 slips at the table and scores from 90 down to 44.

Elena gathered 90 points and the hearts of the crowd. Bravo! In the first of the opening eights: Elena said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Ana. In front from the third of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about.

Ionela took the runner-up spot with 81 points. In the last of the opening eights: Ionela called 0, took 5, and Daniela was left out in the cold. Ionela spent a long time on the red lantern and came out clean — determined not to buy the round.

Ana rounds out the podium with 69 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. 2 hands in a row: Ana broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Daniela took last place without any nerves at all, on 44 points. 13 broken contracts, collected like stamps.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
