unf0rgettable comes back from behind

4 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.

unf0rgettable wins by 30 clear. That's not whist any more, it's a parade with a brass band. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. At one stretch, 10 good hands in a row.

Mihai took second with 90 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. Mihai was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Ionela rounds out the podium with 81 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. 2 hands in a row: Ionela broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs. Ionela was even in front after the six-card hand on the way down.

Last place, with dignity: Elena, with 69 points. Somebody had to do it. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Elena said and... hoped. It didn't hold.
