Luis takes the table

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 36 slips at the table and scores from 100 down to 66.

Neck and neck with Mihai, but Luis kept their word better when it counted. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Mihai finished second, just 0 points short of the win. Level on points with Luis, and behind only on the tie-break. 2 hands in a row: Mihai broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Third, on the podium: Elena, up there with eyes on the top step. Elena left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Ana closed the table from the back, on 66 points — there is always a next game. 3 hands in a row: only Ana slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Ana. After the six-card hand on the way up, Ana was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Well played everyone. Same table next time?
