Roua comes back from behind

The lead changed hands 8 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

First place: Roua, with 134 points. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.

Radu led for 13 hands but finished second, 15 points behind. Radu left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Ioana rounds out the podium with 109 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. 3 hands in a row: Ioana broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs. 11 good hands in a row — at one point, Ioana was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Neither at the front nor at the back: Ionela in 4th, with 106 points. The comfort zone. The last hand decided it: Ionela went past Elena right on the line. Before the last eights, only 2 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.

Elena finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 5th, with 105 points. In the seven-card hand on the way up: Elena said 1, made 4, and the evening was ruined for Iuly. Elena was ahead of Ionela right up to the last hand.

Last place, with dignity: Iuly, with 97 points. Somebody had to do it. 11 broken contracts, collected like stamps.

Well played everyone — and especially Roua!
