The comeback of Sebi

The cards are back in the box. Here is what happened at the table.

The tail of the table: unf0rgettable, with 79 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. The table was unf0rgettable's after the two-card hand on the way down; the second half had other ideas. 2 hands in a row: unf0rgettable broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Mihai finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 4th, with 92 points. In the third of the closing eights: Mihai said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for unf0rgettable.

Elena rounds out the podium with 101 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. 2 hands in a row: Elena broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs. From the tail of the table to a warm spot: Elena plays right down to the last card.

Ana took second with 118 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. Ana left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Sebi finishes on 142 points, 24 above the next — the rest were playing a different game, it seems. In the three-card hand on the way down: Sebi called 0, took 3, and unf0rgettable was left out in the cold. 15 good hands in a row — at one point, Sebi was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.
