The comeback of Radu

5 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.

Last place, with dignity: Mihai, with 76 points. Somebody had to do it. Top of the table after the four-card hand on the way down, then straight to the bottom. The plan at home didn't match the one at the table. In the second of the middle eights: Mihai said 2, scooped 5, and Radu was left counting the pieces.

In 4th place, Elena, on 82 points. After the two-card hand on the way up, Elena was 2nd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Emi completed the podium with 101 points. Emi spent a good while in last place and climbed out of it.

Kiki led for 10 hands but finished second, 2 points behind. Kiki was ahead of Radu right up to the last hand. At one stretch, 12 good hands in a row.

Radu won with 119 points, by a whisker: just 2 points ahead. Radu only went in front at the very last hand.
