Cosmin, from start to finish

Cosmin wins by 49 clear. That's not whist any more, it's a parade with a brass band. In front from the second of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. At one stretch, 6 good hands in a row.

Elena took second with 80 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. Elena left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Ana completed the podium with 75 points. The first of the opening eights: Ana bid 6, made fewer, and counted the regrets.

Mihai took last place without any nerves at all, on 45 points. 14 broken contracts, collected like stamps.
