The comeback of Cristian

The lead changed hands 5 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Last, but with style: Alice, with 75 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. After the two-card hand on the way up, Alice was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Cristi finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 4th, with 80 points. 3 hands in a row: the table said and did, Cristi said and... hoped. It didn't hold. After the four-card hand on the way up, Cristi was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans. The second of the middle eights: 2 chairs thrown at Cristi in seconds 🪑 — the table spoke its mind, furnished and all.

Third, on the podium: Kiki, up there with eyes on the top step. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Kiki didn't — but insisted, with dignity. From the tail of the table to a warm spot: Kiki plays right down to the last card. In the third of the opening eights the table couldn't make up its mind about Kiki: 1 chair and 1 kiss flew in within seconds 🪑💋.

Second place for Raluca, with 98 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. In the third of the middle eights: Raluca said 2, scooped 6, and Alice was left counting the pieces. The fourth of the opening eights: 3 chairs thrown at Raluca in seconds 🪑 — the table spoke its mind, furnished and all.

Champion of the evening: Cristian Imparat, with 117 points. The rest, see you in the replay. In the first of the closing eights, Cristian bid 0 and took 3 — and Alice and Cristi went down with them.

Well played everyone — and especially Cristian Imparat!
