Sebi wins the evening

A game of broken contracts — 39 of them around the table, and scores from 115 all the way down to 59.

Vyce closed the table from the back, on 59 points — there is always a next game. After the seven-card hand on the way up, Vyce was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Florentin completed the podium with 64 points. Florentin swore 0 in the six-card hand on the way up and took a trick — whist has a sense of humour.

Daniel S led for 9 hands but finished second, 43 points behind. In the second of the closing eights: Daniel said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Vyce. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Daniel didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

Sebi finishes on 115 points, 43 above the next — the rest were playing a different game, it seems. 10 good hands in a row — at one point, Sebi was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.
