The comeback of unf0rgettable

The lead passed from hand to hand, 7 times over — it was anyone's guess.

Last place, with dignity: Mihai, with 76 points. Somebody had to do it. 3 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Mihai didn't — but insisted, with dignity. Mihai was ahead of Elena right up to the last hand.

Neither at the front nor at the back: Elena in 4th, with 79 points. The comfort zone. The last hand decided it: Elena went past Mihai right on the line.

Third, and on the podium: Ana, with 110 points. In the fourth of the closing eights: Ana said 0, scooped 3, and Elena was left counting the pieces. Ana was even in front after the three-card hand on the way down.

Radu led for 9 hands but finished second, 20 points behind. On the one-card hand, Radu laid down a card and a fistful of luck. It held.

unf0rgettable finishes on 132 points, 20 above the next — the rest were playing a different game, it seems. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Well played everyone — and especially unf0rgettable!
