Cristian comes back from behind

The lead changed hands 9 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Cristian Imparat gathered 123 points and the hearts of the crowd. Bravo! It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. At one stretch, 12 good hands in a row. The seven-card hand on the way up: 3 chairs thrown at Cristian in seconds 🪑 — the table spoke its mind, furnished and all.

Catalin finishes second, 5 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same. Catalin was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Third, on the podium: Roua, up there with eyes on the top step. Roua said they'd take nothing in the third of the opening eights... and took some. Whist listens, then does the opposite. The second of the opening eights: 2 chairs thrown at Roua in seconds 🪑 — the table spoke its mind, furnished and all.

GIBO finished 4th with 97 points. GIBO was even in front after the seven-card hand on the way down. The fourth of the opening eights: 2 kisses rained down on GIBO 💋 — the darling of the table.

Claudiu finished 5th with 90 points. Before the last eights, only 7 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.

Adrian Gh took last place without any nerves at all, on 69 points. 16 broken contracts, collected like stamps. In the fifth of the opening eights, 5 chairs flew at Adrian within seconds 🪑 — the table had opinions.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
