Cristi comes back from behind

Another evening at the green baize, and it had a bit of everything.

First place and peace of mind: Cristi, with 132 points. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. Cristi cried laughing 3 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.

Alice led for 14 hands but finished second, 9 points behind. Alice swore 0 in the four-card hand on the way up and took a trick — whist has a sense of humour.

Third, and on the podium: Cristian Imparat, with 117 points. In the second of the middle eights: Cristian said 0, made 3, and the evening was ruined for Cristi and unf0rgettable.

unf0rgettable finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 4th, with 99 points. unf0rgettable spent a long time on the red lantern and came out clean — determined not to buy the round. At one stretch, 10 good hands in a row.

In 5th place, Kiki, on 87 points. In the first of the middle eights, Kiki bid 1 and took 5 — and Cristi and unf0rgettable went down with them. The second of the middle eights: 1 chair and 1 kiss flew at Kiki 🪑💋 — the table couldn't decide whether it adored them.

Raluca closed the table from the back, on 80 points — there is always a next game. 13 broken contracts, collected like stamps.

Well played everyone — and especially Cristi!
