The comeback of Daniela

The lead changed hands 4 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

The tail of the table: GIBO, with 95 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. In the fifth of the closing eights: GIBO called 1, took 4, and Adrian Gh and Daniela were left out in the cold.

In 5th place, Claudiu, on 101 points. Claudiu was ahead of CCC right up to the last hand. After the four-card hand on the way up, Claudiu was 2nd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans. Claudiu cried laughing 11 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.

Neither at the front nor at the back: CCC in 4th, with 102 points. The comfort zone. The last hand decided it: CCC went past Claudiu right on the line. After the two-card hand on the way up, CCC was 2nd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Third, on the podium: Adrian Gh, up there with eyes on the top step. In the last of the opening eights: Adrian said 0, made 3, and the evening was ruined for 10plus. In the third of the opening eights the table couldn't make up its mind about Adrian: 1 chair and 1 kiss flew in within seconds 🪑💋.

Second place for 10plus, with 110 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. 10plus was even in front after the second of the middle eights.

Daniela crossed the finish line first, on 114 points. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Well played everyone — and especially Daniela!
