The comeback of Mihai

5 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.

Elena closed the table from the back, on 54 points — there is always a next game. From leader to red lantern. The little wedge tipped the big cart — and the cart was Elena. 2 hands in a row: only Elena slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Elena.

Third, on the podium: Kiki, up there with eyes on the top step. Kiki said they'd take nothing in the three-card hand on the way up... and took some. Whist listens, then does the opposite.

Runner-up sounds good — gold sounded better. Ana, with 106 points. Ana was even in front after the third of the middle eights.

First place: Mihai, with 111 points. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Mihai said and... hoped. It didn't hold. At one stretch, 13 good hands in a row.
