The comeback of Luis

The lead changed hands 8 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.
Last place: Ionela, with 75 points. Ionela was ahead of Cretu right up to the last hand. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Ionela said and... hoped. It didn't hold.
Elena completed the podium with 77 points. The last hand decided it: Elena went past Ionela right on the line. 2 hands in a row: only Elena slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Elena.
Second place for Cretu, with 80 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. The last hand decided it: Cretu went past Ionela right on the line.
Champion of the evening: Luis, with 90 points. The rest, see you in the replay. Luis was even last after the five-card hand on the way down, which makes the win all the sweeter. Luis cried laughing 4 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.
Well played everyone. Same table next time?
