Ana led for 18 hands but finished second, 14 points behind. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Ana didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

First place: Mihai, with 112 points. In the third of the middle eights: Mihai said 3, scooped 6, and Elena was left counting the pieces. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.
