The comeback of Elena

The lead passed from hand to hand, 4 times over — it was anyone's guess.

Daniel S took last place without any nerves at all, on 58 points. Leading by the book until the seven-card hand on the way down... then the cards turned the page. Daniel, hard luck. In the third of the opening eights: Daniel said 2, scooped 5, and Elena was left counting the pieces.

Emi completed the podium with 74 points. In the second of the closing eights: Emi called 1, took 4, and Daniel S was left out in the cold. 2 hands in a row: only Emi slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Emi.

Denisa finishes second, 4 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same.

First place and peace of mind: Elena, with 103 points. Elena was even last after the five-card hand on the way down, which makes the win all the sweeter. 9 good hands in a row — at one point, Elena was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.
