The lead changed hands 4 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Pity took last place without any nerves at all, on 65 points. Leading by the book until the seven-card hand on the way down... then the cards turned the page. Pity, hard luck. In the last of the opening eights: Pity said 2, scooped 5, and Luis and PaulP were left counting the pieces.

Third, and on the podium: PaulP, with 92 points. PaulP was even in front after the last of the opening eights. At one stretch, 7 good hands in a row. In the second of the middle eights the table couldn't make up its mind about PaulP: 1 chair and 1 kiss flew in within seconds 🪑💋.

Luis finishes second, 5 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same. 2 hands in a row: Luis broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs. Luis was even in front after the seven-card hand on the way up. The third of the opening eights: 1 chair and 1 kiss flew at Luis 🪑💋 — the table couldn't decide whether it adored them.

Mara won the game with 103 points. In the last of the middle eights, Mara bid 1 and took 4 — and Pity went down with it. 3 hands in a row: Mara broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs. Mara applauded 3 times 👏 — the table's official gallery.

Well played everyone. Same table next time?
