Lucky wins the evening

A game of broken contracts — 35 of them around the table, and scores from 106 all the way down to 59.

Daniel S took last place without any nerves at all, on 59 points. The first of the closing eights: Daniel called 6 with the heart, not the cards. Eyes bigger than the hand.

Olga rounds out the podium with 77 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. Olga was even in front after the five-card hand on the way up.

PaulP finishes second, 13 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same. At one stretch, 7 good hands in a row.

Lucky comes out on top of everyone, with 106 points. The cards were kind. Lucky couldn't bear to look 3 times 🙈 — some hands are better not watched.

Well played everyone — and especially Lucky!
