Elena wins the evening

A game of broken contracts — 40 of them around the table, and scores from 84 all the way down to 70.

Last, but with style: Ana, with 70 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. In the third of the opening eights: Ana said 2, scooped 5, and Vyce was left counting the pieces. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Ana said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Vyce completed the podium with 76 points. Vyce was ahead of Mihai right up to the last hand. 2 hands in a row: only Vyce slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Vyce.

Mihai took the runner-up spot with 78 points. Mihai got past Vyce at the very last hand. In the third of the middle eights: Mihai said 1, made 4, and the evening was ruined for Ana and Vyce.

First place and peace of mind: Elena, with 84 points. Elena only went in front at the very last hand.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
