The lead kept changing — Elena came out on top

5 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.
HelenC took last place without any nerves at all, on 74 points. 14 broken contracts, collected like stamps.
Neither at the front nor at the back: Roua in 5th, with 109 points. The comfort zone. After the three-card hand on the way up, Roua was 2nd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.
Mihai finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 4th, with 120 points. Level on points with Ana, and behind only on the tie-break. Mihai was ahead of Adrian Gh right up to the last hand.
Third, and on the podium: Ana, with 120 points. Ana was ahead of Adrian Gh right up to the last hand.
Adrian Gh took the runner-up spot with 123 points. Adrian got past Ana at the very last hand. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Adrian said and... hoped. It didn't hold.
Elena takes the game with 134 points and goes home happy.
Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
