Whist score sheet
A score sheet for a game of Romanian whist at home: pick how many are playing and which rounds you deal, then print it or fill it in on a screen. Every sheet lists the cards dealt each round and who deals, with a column for each player's bid and points.
4 players · 8-1-8 — eights first, ones in the middle

A4 landscape, two sheets on a page: cut along the dashed line, one for tonight and one for next time.
How to fill it in
- Write the players' names in the boxes along the top, in the order you sit round the table.
- Each round has a row: the first column says how many cards are dealt, the last which player deals. Write each bid in the narrow column and the running score in the wide one.
- A thick line marks every full turn of the deal, so you always know where you are.
- When the last round is scored, write each player's place in the bottom row.

Questions
Which rounds should I print?
8-1-8 is the usual game: rounds of eight cards, down to one, and back up to eight. 1-8-1 is the same game turned round, 8-8-8 swaps the single-card rounds for eights, and 10-1-10 is a longer four-handed game.
How do I work out the points?
A contract made scores 5 plus the tricks bid; a contract missed loses the tricks you were out by. The rules page has the whole scoring with a worked round.
Can I fill it in on a phone or a laptop?
Yes: open the Excel file in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and type into the cells. It prints the same as the PDF.
